Success at MaRS
Save A Child's Heart was given the wonderful opportunity to display the Save a Child's Heart Photography Exhibition at MaRS Centre Atrium, from September 15-25, 2008.
On September 17, 2008 RBC hosted a reception to launch the international photography exhibition From Art to Heart at the MaRS Centre in Toronto. The reception was attended by over 350 people including Dr. Sion Houri, Head of ICU at the Wolfson Medical Center in Tel Aviv, Eli Gross, SACH Israel curator and Debra Silver, SACH Israel board member. Guests had the opportunity to hear the SACH story from representatives of SACH Canada and to see for themselves how this exhibition highlights the positive connections being made between Israelis and the rest of the world.
Toronto's photo exhibition gathered hundreds of visitors, including group visits from schools from all around the GTA.
SACH Photography Exhibition continues to thrive
The photography exhibition - a joint project of SACH and the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs - is traveling in five copies from city to city across Europe, Africa, Australia, Canada and the United States. The exhibition features the work of seven talented photographers, each inspired by their personal experiences at SACH. These photos have been displayed at Israeli embassy parties over Yom Haatzmaut's 60th year celebrations and after that at universities, museums, libraries, hospitals and more across the world.
