Skate for Smiles Raises $1500 for Save a Child's Heart Canada

On February 7, a skating party for high school students was held to raise money and awareness for Save a Child’s Heart. Approximately 130 students attended to show their support.The event included a raffle, cupcakes, hot chocolate, and pizza. Everyone had a great time and the event raised over $1,500!
The event was a success and we hope it will be the first in a long-lasting annual tradition. Thanks to Save A Child’s Heart for giving us the opportunity to contribute to such an important and deserving cause.

Skate for Smiles is a fundraising skating party for high
school students that benefits Save A Child’s Heart Foundation
Canada 100% of the profits will be donated to Save a Child's
Heart.
The night will be both skating and hanging out! There will be pizza, baked goods, hot chocolate, other snacks and refreshments for sale. There will also be a raffle with awesome prizes and SACH teddy bears for sale.
Cost: $10 (bring your own skates!)
Time: 9:30 p.m.-11:45 p.m.

- Save a Child’s Heart (SACH) is an Israeli-based non-profit organization, which gives children from developing countries across the world the heart surgery and care that they need free of charge.
